A holiday home on the Spanish coast is everyone's dream. But having become the owner of such a house, you are faced with other problems: how to protect the house from squatters and robbers? How to keep your home clean and dry? After all, not only humans love the humid Mediterranean climate, but also mold, insects and pests) And plants left unattended can dry out or, on the contrary, grow too much, covering all the paths with branches.
This is not to mention the possibility of water leaks, sewerage problems, unpleasant odors, power or water outages, insect infestation, mice, dampness or mold growth, a mailbox filled with letters, and so on.

To solve these issues, we offer several packages for storing keys and keeping your property in a tidy and clean condition:
Base Package (key storage)
This service includes only key storage. The contract duration is 6 or 12 months.
€36* – contract for 6 months
€70* – contract for 12 months
Keys can be given to visiting owners or guests in our office. The owners enter into an agreement with a signature and identification. Anyone requesting keys from us must have with them an authorization letter signed by the owner with the same signature and identification document.
Owners should contact us if anyone requires keys.
Plain Package (key storage + monthly inspecting)
This service includes the Base package with all its conditions and also covers the services listed below:
We check your property once a month to make sure everything is fine with your property.
A plumbing and electrical test will be performed using a power cycle to ensure everything is working correctly.
Toilets and sinks will be flushed and the area will be ventilated minimum for 30 minutes.
Will check for pests, insects and mold.
Monitoring the integrity of windows, doors and locks, the absence of moisture on ceilings and walls, clearing the mailbox of mail.
A photo report of the work done is sent to the owner.
The contract duration is 6 or 12 months.
€150* – contract for 6 months
€295* – contract for 12 months
Main Package (key storage + monthly inspecting + ordinary cleaning)
This service includes the Plain package with all its conditions and also covers the services listed below:
We check your property once a month to make sure everything is fine with your property.
A plumbing and electrical test will be performed using a power cycle to ensure everything is working correctly.
Cleaning dust and other debris inside the home and on the balcony/terrace will be made.
Toilets and sinks will be flushed and the area will be ventilated minimum for 60 minutes.
Will check for pests, insects and mold.
Monitoring the integrity of windows, doors and locks, the absence of moisture on ceilings and walls, clearing the mailbox of mail.
A photo report of the work done is sent to the owner.
The contract duration is 3, 6 or 12 months.
The cost of such serice depends of the housing area for cleaning:
Extra Package (key storage + weekly inspecting + ordinary cleaning)
This service includes the Main package with all its conditions and also covers the services listed below:

Toilets and sinks will be flushed and the area will be ventilated for 30-60 minutes.
Pest, insect and mold control.
Monitoring the integrity of windows, doors and locks, the absence of moisture on ceilings and walls, clearing mailbox from mail.
Cleaning dust and other debris inside the home and on the balcony/terrace will be made.
