By using our full cleaning service, you can relax knowing that you will arrive at a clean villa/apartment with freshly made beds.
In addition to Keyholding and Supervising services for our clients, also we offer:
Full cleaning before the hosts/guests arrival
Includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, washing windows and window sills, cleaning the terrace/balcony.
We can also change the bed linen, if required, to your clean set of linen.
The cost of full cleaning depends on the size of the property:
Studio (1 bed) - €55 . Change the bed linen (1 bed) - €10 euros.
Apartment with 1 bedroom - €65 . Change the bed linen (1 bed) - €10 .
2-room apartment - €75 . Change the bed linen (2 bed) - €20 .
3-room apartment - €85 . Change the bed linen (3 bed) - €30.
Villa with 3 bedrooms - €95 . Change the bed linen (3 bed) - €30.
More spacious rooms, additional terraces and deep cleaning, please inquire.

Garden maintenance
If you have a garden, even a small one, then you already know for sure that cleaning it is a necessary procedure to keep the garden healthy and beautiful.
The focus is on removing debris and weed, spruning young branches to improve plant growth in the garden.
The service includes tasks such as:

Removing fallen leaves and branches.

Pruning and cleaning of bushes and trees.

Cleaning flower pots.

Controlling weeds and unwanted plants

Сleaning hard surfaces such as walkways, patios and decks.

Fertilizing is also done to maintain plant health and vitality.
We offer regular (once a month) or one-time garden cleaning. The variety of plants and garden sizes is very large, so prices depend on the size of the garden, the type of plants and their condition.
To calculate the cost of work, a preliminary personal visit to evaluate the work is required.
