You will receive monthly updates via email or WhatsApp on the status of your property, including photos and a report of the work carried out. In case of urgent questions, we will contact you immediately via your preferred method of communication.
According to the terms of the contract, after each visit to your home, we send a report on the work done and attach the photos of your premises..
Of course. We provide a full cleaning service before your arrival, changing the bed linen if necessary for your clean set. We will also purchase a welcome pack of products of your choice upon request.

No, don't worry, our technicians come with their own equipment, supplies and solvents to clean your home.
If guests need keys, you must write to us about it. We hand over the keys against signature in our office.
If your guests arrive during non-working hours and we need to deliver the keys directly to your home, this service is paid separately:
during working hours (9:00-20:00) delivery of keys to the house costs 15 euros,
during non-working hours (20: 00-8:00) such a service costs 25 euros.
Upon departure, your guests must also return the keys to us.
According to the terms of our contract, if the contract period has passed, we will inform you and invoice you for the next service period. When you have paid your invoice, the contract is automatically renewed for the payment period.
To order general cleaning, the order must be made at least 7 days before arrival. Orders for grocery purchases must be made 48 hours before arrival. You can pay for these services by bank transfer, cash, PayPal and Bizum
We carry out damp checks and take preventative measures, including dehumidifier and ventilation checks, to reduce the risk of mould growth. This is especially important in coastal areas of the Costa Blanca where humidity levels are high. If mould is found, we notify the owner immediately and offer a full mould remediation service for the property.
We conduct pest inspections during our monthly inspections. If pests are found in a property, we immediately notify the property owner with photo evidence. If the client so desires, we will invite a pest control or deratization service and supervise the treatment. This approach helps protect your property and prevent a larger infestation.
We offer regular plant maintenance services tailored to your garden needs, including regular mowing, pruning, litter removal, and pest control treatments. A specialist service is invited to prune larger plants. This helps keep your property's outdoor areas looking their best all year round.
Yes! We have reliable local contractors. If any issues arise, we will arrange for them to be hired and coordinated upon request, ensuring quality work. This is an additional charge.
Our team will promptly assess the situation, notify you of the problem and, upon your request, coordinate the repairs with trusted local contractors, ensuring that your property is restored quickly.
Yes, we keep in touch with our clients, let them know when the property is due to be inspected and cleaned, and provide a report with photographs after the job is done
We are available 24/7 for urgent matters. However, we are not always in the office, office hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00, so it is better for a personal meeting, write or call us so that we can schedule this time for you.
Our office is located at 303A Abdelacies Street. Reception hours at the office are Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Outside of these hours, our employees are often at meetings and service, so it is better to arrange a meeting in advance.
